PRODUCT DETAILS
Standard penetration SPT test samplers — determine soil bearing capacity and evaluate pile foundation design with hammer-driven testing.
Overview
The standard penetration soil SPT test sampler determines the bearing capacity of various soils, the horizontal and vertical uniformity coefficients, verifies the position of pile foundation bearing layers, and estimates single-pile bearing capacity. Using hammer energy to drive a specially designed cone probe into the soil, it distinguishes soil engineering properties by penetration difficulty — the evaluation index is the number of hammer blows needed to penetrate a given depth. It is the main method for testing coarse-grained soils.
